Program expenses for the TCNJ Prague Study Center for the 2015-2016 Academic years:
Fall 2015 and Spring 2016
Fall 2015 Program Fee = $9,650. On your PAWS account, this fee will be broken down into regular TCNJ tuition and fees plus an additional TCNJ Prague program fee, which covers additional student services and the travel program/excursions organized by UPCES. Students will pay $500 directly to UPCES upon acceptance to the program and $9,150 to TCNJ (contingent upon the approval of tuition and fees by the TCNJ Board of Trustees in July 2015). All together, students will pay $9,650.
Housing charges will be paid directly to landlords who have been screened by UPCES program staff. We estimate that housing charges will run approximately $500 per month/$2,000 for the semester. (Housing in Prague costs 50% less than housing on campus at TCNJ.) We recommend that students set aside an additional $250-300 per month for groceries, as there is no meal plan at UPCES.
UPCES sets their prices for each calendar year. We expect to hear what 2016 prices will be in Summer 2015, at which point we will post the charges on our website for the Spring 2016 semester.
